Dear Mr. Kumara,

Please find attached our weekly progress report and the filled out tag request form. The receipt of valid tag-nos. is essential for us in order to prepare the
requested documents.
We push our sub supplier to complete the motor data sheet as soon as possible, but Im afraid that we will not receive all data until tomorrow. Please note that
some data will not be available till engineering, fabrication or testing has been finished. Additionally the Easter Holidays are coming up this weekend and
tomorrow is a public holiday for major parts of the population. Are there certain values which are especially important and most urgently needed?
Regarding the required documents the situation is as follows:

Wiring & Termination Diagrams for PLC Panel A -> almost finished, shall be completed by 09.04.2015

Cable Schedule -> will be prepared directly after PLC wiring diagram (cable numbers required)

Utility List -> will be provided tomorrow, 03.04.2015

In order to finalize the Wiring & Termination Diagram for PLC Panel can you please clarify the following two questions:
1.) Which type of terminal blocks shall be used? (screw type or tension clamp)
Screw type terminal block to be used.
2.) Is it acceptable to use conductor marker / wiring ferruling as shown on the last picture?
Ferrule identification shall be pre printed PVC slip on sleeves type (Raychem or equivalent).
