o Automates Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes and systems.
o Responsible for salary fitments to ensure minimum deviations and maintains internal parity. Streamline titles and
designations as per the national template.
o Taking Care of Complete staff data base and Payroll Processing with regard to labour laws.
o Monitoring the entire induction area & designing employee handbooks.
o Policy Creation and Implementation.
o Making sure that Associates adhere the Policy.
o Medical Insurance / health benefits
o Responsible to get the new joinees covered in the insurance from the day 1
o Responsible to coordinate with the broker and TPA and Insurance company as and when required
o Interacting for medical / accidental / life insurance
o Responsible for timely renewal of policies
o Responsible to get the support available for cash less / reimbursement
o Sending timely updates to the employees and also coordinating for their claims.
o Responsible to get the tie up with all the medical institute for health check up and get the best deal sign up.
o Tracking the report of the same
o Taking care of dental claim etc. Benefits.
o Deploys a fair and rigorous Performance Management System aligned to corporate guidelines.
o Organizing training at each level of PMS(Performance Management systems)
o Involved in Performance Review process, defined all roles and developed role descriptions which are mapped
against KRAs through daily reporting tracker system.
o Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal
system linked to Reward Management.
o Supervises Probation, confirmation, midyear performance evaluation and feedback mechanism.
o Ensures richness, objectivity, fairness and timeliness of each activity.
o Responsible to release the respective letter and updating the database and coordination to release the same on
time.
o HR Operations : Supervising
