Marc Bensadoun
Marc Bensadoun, Ph.D., chief executive officer, founded
Newfield Wireless in 1995. Marc has led the company from
its beginnings in network modeling and RAN consulting
services to the addition of a software products group in
2003. TrueCall, the companys flagship network
visualization and optimization product, was introduced in
2005. In 2010, Marc anticipated the need for a new product paradigm to manage customer experience in the complex
3G/4G world. This culminated in the launch of the worlds first commercial LTE visualization and optimization solution in
late 2011. He has a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Cornell University and a doctorate in Physics from UC Berkeley.
Marc has over 20 years experience in RF systems engineering, hardware development and operation, software design, data
analysis, teaching, and project management in both research laboratories and in the telecommunications industry.

Matthew Ehrenman
Matthew Ehrenman is senior vice president, sales for
Newfield Wireless. He leads product-related sales and is also
responsible for key customers in the Americas. He has
worked in wireless since 1996 providing radio access
network, OSS/BSS, customer care and billing solutions.
Matthew came to Newfield from Actix where he was director,
Americas region, responsible for sales and service delivery driving multiple years of growth including new 3G and 4G wins.
Previously he was sales director at Amdocs, working on large-scale projects with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint Nextel and Rogers.
Matthew began his wireless career with CommSoft, driving 100% company growth in OSS/BSS and ERP systems for rural
telecommunications carriers. Other career highlights include roles in high-growth companies in value-added services,
relational database management and payroll systems. Matthew has a bachelors of science degree in business
administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Petrit Nahi
As vice president of product management and business
development, Petrit directs the evolution of TrueCall,
Newfield's industry-leading real-time geoanalytics platform.
He is also responsible for the development of commercial
partnerships to further enhance value for mobile operators
globally. Petrit has over a decades experience in the
wireless industry. Prior to joining Newfield Wireless he was director of product management at Aircom International, where
he oversaw the companys portfolio of solutions, including network planning and OSS products. He has also held various
product engineering, senior consultant and technical positions with Aircom working closely with T-Mobile USA and AT&T
and other tier-one service providers. Petrit holds a degree in telecommunications and a PhD in electronic engineering from
University of London. He is a member of the UK's Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a reviewer for the IET
Antennas and Propagation Journal.

Chris Haidet
Chris Haidet is senior vice president, sales for Newfield
Wireless. He leads service-related sales as well as some key
global accounts. Chris has over 25 years of sales,
marketing, and general management experience in
telecom, IT, and finance. He has extensive knowledge and
expertise in rapidly building and leading strategic sales
forces in established and startup services and software product companies. Haidet joins from Nexius and before that was
vice president of sales, North America at Syniverse where he grew enterprise messaging platform sales. Prior to Syniverse,
Chris was on the executive team at inCode, a global strategic consulting and technology firm where he grew the companys
bookings from $18M to over $92M in three years and spearheaded the companys sale to VeriSign in 2006. Before joining
inCode, Chris served as vice president of sales and marketing at Galaxy Engineering Services, a division of American
Tower, and, in senior sales roles at Wireless Facilities Incorporated (WFI) and Digital Switch Corporation (now AlcatelLucent). He holds a bachelor of sciences from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Kethees Ketheesan
Kethees Ketheesan is vice president of systems engineering
at Newfield. He is responsible for defining, architecting, and
specifying Newfield products and related roadmaps. Prior to
Newfield Wireless, Kethees was at Venturi Wireless where he
developed data performance optimization solutions for HSPA
and EVDO networks. Earlier, he co-founded a start-up that
developed location-aware content sharing and people networking service. Previously, Kethees was director of wireless
engineering at Telephia, where he led R&D of wireless voice and data network performance monitoring solutions. Kethees
started his career in 1994 with Motorola where he held technical lead roles in R&D in GSM/iDEN and UMTS network groups
and developed 3GPP specifications. Kethees holds bachelors and masters degrees from Arizona State University in
electrical engineering.

Geoff Hopcraft
Geoff leads the software engineering and QA teams at
Newfield Wireless, delivering software to help our partners
with network design, calibration, monitoring and
optimization. Geoff came to Newfield in 2009 from Agilent
Technologies, where he led the development of software for
physical-layer testing as an expert engineer and project
manager in the Spectrum Analyzer division. During his 12 years at Agilent, he designed software for the advanced
technology organization, planned products and managed a software team in the Microwave Technology Center. Geoff has
been recognized for inventions in usability, data processing, and statistical calibration. In 1997, Geoff completed a PhD in
phased-array radar systems and large-data-set numerical processing at the University of Massachusetts.

Steve Adams
Steve Adams is vice president of operations for Newfield
Wireless. He is responsible for managing customer
deployments and support, system software testing, and dayto-day operations. Prior to joining Newfield, Steve held
positions with progressively increasing responsibility as an
engineer, manager and business leader at a series of
companies serving the telecom market. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations for wireless policy control
and routing vendor BroadHop and as vice president of quality and reliability for Polycom, including general management of
their VoWiFi business unit. Prior to these roles, Steve served as senior vice president, product management & engineering
for E-911 communication services provider Intrado. Other career highlights include senior roles in AutoDesks worldwide
professional services group, as well as RF engineering roles in Cisco and Verizon Wireless. Steve has a bachelor of sciences
degree in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic University and a masters in business administration from the
University of Santa Clara, California.

Desmond McGirl
Desmond McGirl, Ph.D., senior technical director, is
responsible for the model calibration practice at Newfield
Wireless. He has more than 12 years of domestic and
international experience working with the world's wireless
communications providers. He also has extensive experience
with iDEN, GSM and CDMA technologies at 850 and 1900
MHz. Desmond holds a B.A. in microelectronics engineering and a Ph.D. in mobile radio propagation from Trinity College in
Dublin, Ireland.

Reed Foster
Reed Foster, director of human resources, has been with
Newfield Wireless since 2002 and employed in the
technology and wireless communications industry since
1990. Prior to Newfield Wireless, Reed held positions in
business development, market strategy and marketing with
TollBridge Technologies, Nortel, AirTouch/PrimeCo, and a
market strategy consulting firm, R.B. Webber & Company. Reed has a bachelors degree in Telecommunications from
Indiana University-Bloomington.
