Special Rules
Battlefield Integrity [E45]
This event does not apply, treat as no effect.
Field Promotion [E56]
The receiving player may chose to receive this unit, but if they do so they give 3 VPs immediately to
the other player.
Infiltration [E59]
The receiving player may first see what the potential additional units are where they would arrive
before deciding to receive them. However, if they chose to receive any additional Support elements,
they must be paid for by immediately giving the equivalent VPs (total listed cost) to the opposing
player.
Reinforcements [E68]
The receiving player may first see what the potential additional units are before deciding to receive
them. However, if they chose to receive any additional Support elements, they must be paid for by

Rule Changes
The following rules from Combat Commander Pacific replace the relevant Combat Commander
Europe rules:
a.

Stacking (changes CC:E 8.2)

Over-Stacking is allowed, but with a penalty: In a hex each soldier icon beyond 7
reduces the hexs Cover by 1 and the net cover modifier can be a negative number.

b.

Leaders & Weapons (addition to CC:E 11.2)

Leaders cannot possess weapons with a negative Movement allowance modifier.
[CC:P 3.3.5]

c.

An Attack total at-least twice the Defence total outright eliminates the targeted group.
