ABSTRACT
Present is the age of computers and technology, practical knowledge has its own importance. Without
practical knowledge one cannot be specialized in ones field. We have automated the practical knowledge
of institutes and their work in the project.
The project is a dynamic social networking website, a Social Networking Website is a platform where
different people from different or maybe same background (known or unknown) come on a single place
and share pictures, texts and more.
facebook, Google+, Orkut etc. are some examples of social networks. The project is a similar one named
L!fecircLe developed on the Microsofts .NET environment in C# language, using Asp.Net technology.
The website contains web pages in ASP.NET, creating a dynamic web environment. In the todays
scenario, Social Networking is a need as everybody is busy in their own life. A social network provides a
platform where people can interact in a shared environment on their own computers web browser.
We have chosen this particular domain because in this we can reflect much of all our studies in the
computer science field in one particular project. From the very basic HTML to Database connectivity
and web hosting, this project will help developing our skills in all the fields like: HTML, ASP.Net, CSS
Styling, Various other scripting techniques, C#, SQL Queries and other database domains, ADO.Net etc.,
also being related to social networking field this project will definitely result as an interesting task to be
explored.
This project contains various pages such as Registration page, Log in page, Profile page, Home page,
album page etc. these all works together to convert the experience of a website to a real world social
experience where people share their experiences, values, pictures, thoughts and more among each other.
This report will provide you with a basic introduction to the main project.
