COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
I, CLARK KENT D. COMPUESTO, of legal age, Filipino, a
television actor, with residence at 73 A Natividad St. Bgy. Banjo West,
Tanauan, Batangas, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby
states:
1. I am filing a complaint for violation of Article 287 (2) of the Revised
Penal Code for Unjust Vexation against MR. ANGELOU C. LAURESTA,
hereinafter referred to as respondent, of legal age, and with residence at 73 B
A Natividad St. Bgy. Banjo West, Tanauan, Batangas.
2. On January 16, 2014, at around 9:00 A.M., I attended mass at the
Parish of the Holy Sacrifice in Bgy. Banjo West, Tanauan, Batangas, with my
girl friend Danica Dela Cruz.
3. That the church has approximately 100 mass-goers, part of the crowd
was the respondent together with his sister Katherine Lauresta.
4. Before the Final Blessing, when I was about to go out of the church,
I met the respondent with his sister. I hurried my way out of the church with
my girlfriend because the respondent has been following me for the past few
days and told me that I was his idol. I never wanted my girlfriend to notice
him.
5. The respondent followed us on our way out. When we reached the
gate of the church, the respondent, in the presence of my girlfriend and his
sister, hugged my tightly and squeezed his chest towards my back. Few
people were outside during this time since there was no Final Blessing yet.

6. Thereafter, while he hugged me, the respondent placed his hand on

my penis. My girlfriend tried to remove the respondents arms off my body. I
did not scream for help because I never wanted the people to notice that
someone touched my penis, but I stopped him verbally.
7. I asked him to remove his arms off my body, but he did not listen.
My girlfriend asked him to do the same but he did not stop.
8. When the respondent saw that the mass was over and the crowd was
on their way out, he immediately removed his hands and arms from my body
and ran away from the scene. His sister followed him.
9. His acts are clearly within the purview of the 2 nd Paragraph of Article
287 of the Revised Penal Code, being a form of physical coercion in the
absence of lewd design.
PRAYER
Wherefore premises considered, it is respectfully prayed after notice and
hearing that the respodent be:
1. Indicted with the violation of Article 287 (2) of the Revised Penal Code
2. Such other remedies that may arise from the complaint
