We all remember January 2004 in Brunswick at the Federal Courthouse walking pass
over 300 automatic assault weapons carried by Confederate law enforcement agencies for the 19 days of illegal court proceedings transplanted from the Middle District
of Georgia. Aha! But do you know or have you forgotten about the mothers, daughters, sisters, fathers, sons, husbands and friends, one family of Nuwaupians known
as the Gullah Geechees (Negroids) from West Africa who inhabited and built the historic Coastal Empire and Low Country (Carolinas, Savannah, and Brunswick) that
were already there working behind the scenes to free our Master Teacher? There are
many Kharudtun Shil Nazdiru Children of the Watchers who have be persecuted to

Rev. Zack Lyde, Community Activist & Harry Lyde, Retired Police Officer organized and sponsored housing,
food, prayer vigils, radio broadcast, transportation, and introduced Brunswick community and St. John's
Missionary Baptist Church to the Nuwaupian family of Dr. Malachi Z. York before and after the trial. These
brothers organized the TOES program - The Other Economic Summit also referred to as The Greedy 8 Alternative Summit, which was an alternative to the G8 Summit in Sea Island, Georgia a few miles from impoverished and environmentally damaged inland towns of Glynn County that afforded the opportunity for Nuwaupians to tell the Truth of Dr. Yorks case to the International and Independent Media worldwide in the
summer of 2004. For this, Harry Lyde was falsely accused of improperly touching 2 children (who denied it
ever happened) and incarcerated for 100 years in Baldwin County! Sounds Familiar, Think About It.
A lawsuit filed by Tshakamalik Al-Kush (Hon. Shakur Atum Re) and a collaborative radio broadcast
coined Shouting From The Mountain Top per the Brunswick 2003 Christmas Parade defended Our
Master Teacher, Nuwaupian Tribe and affiliated organizations while exposing Confederate persecutors like
Judge C. Ashley Royal, Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, Brunswick local government and media outlets associated with the United States Middle District Court of Georgia Macon Division conspiracy. Mrs. Edna Johnson, Police Chief for the City of Brunswick penned the statement for the record I appreciate the professionalism of this organization. You enhanced the parade this year. M.K. York is a 63-year old federal prisoner being held in the
custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons (BOP) at the
United States Penitentiary, Administrative Maximum Facility
located in Florence, Colorado
after unlawfully being sentenced
in rural Georgia on Martin Luther
Kings Birthday January 19th
2004, violating Rule 56 of the
Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure by holding court on a Statute Holiday as defined in 5 USC
6103.
Mr. York was ill prior to his detention on May 8, 2002, having
been diagnosed with HANE in
2000. HANE is a rare, potentially
fatal genetic disorder typified by
the rapid swelling (edema) of the
skin, mucosa and sub-mucosal
tissues which can be deadly if
left untreated

Mr. York is being medically

U.S. Bureau of Prisons

(B.O.P.) who have repeatedly denied treatment and forcibly prescribed medications
which exacerbate HANE. His
symptoms include swelling of
the throat, migraine headaches,
extreme breakouts of hives,
nausea, and seizures triggered
by the Hydrochlorothiazide being prescribed to him. During
the course of Mr. Yorks incarceration, medical record assessments have demonstrated
a continued downward spiral of
his health, with each dramatic
change of weather, the prolonged harsh conditions of his
confinement, the incessant denial of treatment for HANE by
prison medical professionals,
and persistent lack of appropriate medical care. If Mr. York
does not receive proper treatment, respiratory arrest or suffocation is more likely than not
to occur, resulting in death.
Although she is no longer actively involved in the litigation
of the medical transfer, Attorney-at-Law Leta R. Holden of
Holden Law Offices, PLLC, received a copy of hand-written
documentation in the past 72
hours that Mr. York suffered
another severe attack on or
about March 5th, 2009.

'ineffective, slow and unreliable' , and often caused
the prisoner to stop talking. Soufan said his team
had to step aside when Central Intelligence Agency
contractors took over using simulated drowning,
sleep deprivation and other harsh methods.
He said those techniques caused the prisoner to
'shut down'. Soufan testified before a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee, holding the first hearing on extreme interrogation methods since the Obama administration last month released Bush administration legal opinions that justified the techniques.

He said former Vice President Dick Cheney has suggested 'There was good information' obtained from the
extreme methods.
The United States government has consistently applied
torture methods on state, local and especially federal
prisons; consequently, which have conveniently tucked
away federal prison inmates in the aforementioned
Supermax prisons, which were intentionally built in
remote, far away places in each state. These Supermax
Prisons were and still are Factories of Torture that
were able to inflict diabolical techniques of physical,
emotional, and mental torture techniques that had basically gone unnoticed in applying their methods of torture until the investigation and reporting of such Prison
Inmate Advocacy groups as the American Friends Service Committee, and the American Civil Liberties Union, which had submitted many class action suits and
other legal actions against the Federal Bureau of Prisons
on behalf of the prison inmates and also on the basic
principles of the violation of an American Citizens
Constitutional rights.
The incarceration of His Excellency; Dr. Malachi Kobina
York, is a classic example of this inhumane treatment
that needs to be exposed to the general public. The fact
that Dr. York suffers from a life-threatening disease;
Acute Hereditary Angio-Neurotic Edema (HANE).
HANE is a rare, potentially fatal genetic disorder typified by the rapid swelling (edema) of the skin, mucosa
and submucosal tissues. His medical condition has been
virtually ignored by the Federal Bureau of Prisons and
as a result, legal action has been taken on behalf of Dr.
York to remove him from this torturous condition.
It must be OVERSTOOD; by the Nuwaubian community and the general public that this policy of torture
comes from the top; specifically, right from the desk of
former President George W. Bush. The residue of this
torture policy is still being fought against by the Nuwaubian community to free our Master Teacher and

fair and speedy trial as he was arrested May 8th 2002, detained and not given a trial until January of 2004,
nearly 2 years after his arrest.

a life threatening disease that has gone unmonitored for over 3 years.

Illinois to Florence ADX Supermax Prison in Florence Colorado on March 2nd, 2006.

DR MALACHI YORKS MEDICAL EMERGENCY

On March 27th 2007, H.E. Consul General Dr, Malachi York went on an
emergency basis from Florence ADX Supermax Prison in Florence Colorado, to Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. Medical records
dated March 27th 2007 Indicated that he has a tortuous Aorta. Separate records dated March 27th 2007 Indicated that he had an abnormal EKG.
The above incidents were taken from transcripts of Federal Court records from

H.E. Consul General Dr. Malachi Yorks legal pleas for recog-

nition of his Diplomatic Immunity Status. This blatant ignoring the valid
status of a Liberian Naturalized citizen and Diplomat will have International
and world repercussions. If the Federal government is allowed to ignore
H.E. Consul General Dr, Malachi Yorks status, then no foreign diplomat in
the United States is safe. Reciprocally, how will this reflect on the treatment
of our U.S. Diplomats overseas? Especially, in the African countries?
It is requested that this serious matter is investigated as soon as possible, as H.E. Consul General Dr; Malachi

York is suffering from a life-

threatening disease (HANE). In one of your Presidential addresses, it was

mentioned that there would be a better approach to foreign relations by the
United States government. We would trust that this is the case.
