 Responsible for CAPA of observation of CLRI's on machines.
 Continuous improvements through KAIZENS & suggestions
 Ensuring 5’S’ in the department
 Making Daily Production Report to assess and analyze the performance of Engine assembly
 Weekly meeting with team members to solve their issues
 Fortnightly performance rating of team members on the basis of their learning, punctuality,
behaviour, initiative & cleanliness
 Leave planning for team members
 Conducting mentor-mentee meeting with team members
 Domain training to team members
 On Job training to team members
 Making skill upgradation plan of the team members as per skill matrix
 Skill evaluation of team members
 Department coordinator for Suggestion scheme
 Adherence to JH pillar as per road map
 Department coordinator in Resource conservation CFT
 Department representative for KK pillar of engine assembly
 Department coordinator for countermeasures of warranty issues
 Ensuring shop floor tooling audit, rejection audit, process audit & pokayoke audit on daily basis.

SKILLS & EXPOSURE:

 SOP, PFD, Control Plan & Process Mapping implementation, change & follow up.
 QMS techniques (7QC tools, QC Story, PDCA, CAPA, FMEA etc) experience.
 APPAP (Assembly Product Part Approval Process): To conduct the process & product change
trials.
 SAP-PP module experience.
 Product & Process Audit experience.
 Daily Work Management practices.
PROJECTS:

 Imparted product and process training to team members in GREEN FIELD HARIDWAR PLANT
 Training coordinator of engine assembly shop done successfully multiskilling of more than 200
Team members
 Sectional representative for ISO (INITIAL REVIEW AUDIT) in engine assembly shop.
 Commissioning of 10 Nos. hydraulic presses.
 Commissioning of 4 Nos. washing machines.
 Commissioning of main line, part feed & storage conveyor
