Legal and Ethical:
Legal issues:
Intellectual Property Rights:
This law means that you cannot take anyones ideas for things such as logos and
ideas which people have produced. This applies to my photo- shoot because, I
will hide all brands hidden by covering it with either another piece of clothing,
and I will also make sure that the model is angled in a way so the logo is out of
view and cannot be seen in the view of the camera.
Copy right:
Copy right is a law which prevents you from taking other peoples logos, products
and ideas. This will only apply to stealing ideas if the person copyrights there
product, logo, or idea. You can be fined for using other peoples ideas. This
applies to my photo shoot because I will have to be taking all my own photos, I
will not break this law by making all of my photos and ideas to be original.
Discrimination:
This law means that you are denying the rights to something, for people on the
pigment of their skin, their religion, gender, and what sexuality they are, it also
can affect peoples age. This does not apply to photo-shoot because I will not be

affecting any religion, gender, sexuality, age, or skin colour. I will only be taking
photos of my model.
Trespassing:
This law means that you cannot enter a private place or area without permission
or being in area outside of the time which is given to be allowed in that area.
This does not apply to my magazine because of how I will be taking my photos in
the house and the garden of my grandmother.
Obscenity law:
This law means that you cannot use an image or language which could offended
someone, such as swearing, nudity, and violence. This will apply to my photo
shoot because I will not breach this law because of how I will not have my model
doing anything offensive, such as swearing at the camera, or being violent
towards anything.
Ethical issues:
Representation issues:
This is the way that you make people act in your photos so that you make people
come across as not offensive in the photos. This does not apply to my photo
shoot because of how I will not make my look offensive towards anyone.
