ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We owe thanks to a great many people who helped and supported us during the completion of
this project.

Our deepest thanks to, Prof. Tazeen Shaikh for her guidance, without which this project would
not be possible. We would also like to Thank Prof. Vipul Gohil and Prof. Sumita Nainan,
Project guide, all the non-teaching staff and our laboratory assistants without whose support
this project would not have been possible. We also thank our seniors for their consistent aid
during the project.

Our deepest gratitude to Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni (H.O.D. EXTC Dept.) for extending support
and guiding is whenever needed. We would also thank our Institution and our faculty members
without whom this project would have been a distant reality.

Lastly, we would fall in our duties unless we express our gratitude to those who directly or
indirectly help us in completion of this project as well as report.

HEALTH MONITORING USING WIRELESS SENSORS AND GSM || 2014-2015

ABSTRACT

The Project is based on smart healthcare system using Wireless Network such as ZigBee and
GSM. It specifically targets assisted-living residents and others who may benefit from
continuous, remote health monitoring. We present the advantages, objectives, and status of the
design. It contains three sensors which check the physiological parameters and send the data to
a micro controller, if the vital parameter falls down a threshold value an automated message
will be sent to the physician through GSM Network.
