a. Web Page Development
1. A team representing maximum two students is allowed.
2. They will be given a topic on which they have to prepare a user friendly web
page.
3. Time allowed will be 90 minutes and platform (PHP,ASP.NET,JAVA(JSP)).
b. Tech-Paper Presentation
1. A team representing maximum two students is allowed.
2. They can select any recent topic on IT and prepare presentation.
3. Time allowed will be 15 minutes.
c. Bug Buster
1. A team representing maximum two students is allowed.
2. Round 1- MCQ(30 min) , Round 2- Program (30 min) .
3. Time allowed will be 60 minutes and Platform C lang.(GCC or Turbo C++).

1. A team representing max two students is allowed.
2. They will have to trade virtually.
e. Einstein of Business ( Business Plan)
1. Participants are expected to develop their own business plans and strategies.
2. Every team will have four members.
3. Round 1 will be Presentation Round:
This round will consist of presentations by the teams, consisting of the
following information.
4. Round 2 will be Promotion and Positioning of the good/service to be offered by the
business. The team will decide itself that how they want to promote; by
presentation, banner, skit, etc.
5. Round 3 will be Question and Answer Round.
f. Ad-Mad Show
1. An inter college event.
2. There will be only 1 Round.
3. The team would be given a product for their advertisement on the spot.
4. Duration of advertisement is 3 Minutes.
5. No. Of Participants in each team is 2-4
6. The advertisement prepared by the contestant must not contain any obscene word
/any subject that hurts the feelings of culture /language/religion.
7. Judging is done on the basis of teams originality, creativity & stage presence

1. The online quiz is the first round of BEST MANAGER an event organized by cultural
events committee IMED. The online window will be made available on the website
as soon as possible.
2. Second round will be case study round and after that a task, which will be given
on the spot for those who will be selected from first round.

h. Mehndi Competition:
1. Participants are required to bring their own partners.
2. Time: 1 hour
3. Participants are required to bring their own materials.
4. The theme will be given on the spot.
5. All the designs must be based on the theme.
6. The Mehndi must cover both palms and both sides.

7. Arabic designs will not be allowed.

Face Painting:
1. Items approved for use:
a. Brush and sponge
b. False eyelashes (Application is authorized only during the
competition)
c. Glue made exclusively for use on skin
d. Gems, Glitter and Pressed powders
e. Color hairspray and wigs
f. Contact lenses(May be inserted prior to competition)
g. Stencils
2. Items not approved for use:
a. Airbrush Acrylic paints
b. Prosthetics
c. Masks, mask pieces or other special effects.
3. Participants must bring all necessary equipment and products including
paints, brushes, water buckets and any other tools and supplies needed to
achieve your designs. Artists must provide their own models.

Paint your imagination!! (Poster Making)

1. Event Time - 3hours
2. There will be two rounds
a. Qualifier Round --- where the Participants will prepare the
painting on their own topic.
b. Final Selection --- Explanation of the Painting.

3. Participants will bring their own painting materials, except drawing sheet.
4. Top 5 Participants will go through the round two, where they will be
explaining their painting to the panel Judges.
5. In round 2nd the selected participants will be given 5 minutes to explain why they
drawn that painting, and will explain their imagination to the Panel Judges.
k. Rangoli Competition
1. Participants should bring their own Rangoli colors
2. No traces will be allowed
3. Time limit: 1 hour
4. Maximum two participants will be allowed in a team.

Click-N-Capture:
1. The participant has to bring his/her own camera and photography
equipment.
2. Shooting camera should have to be between 5 to 20 megapixels only.
3. Photos downloaded from the internet are strictly not allowed if they are found
doing so they will be disqualified immediately.
4. The photography is allowed inside the college campus of BVDU only.
5. Theme for photography will be provided on the spot.
6. Filters are strictly prohibited. HDR effects and any other third party software are not
allowed. Fish eye lenses are not allowed.

m. Best out of Waste:

1. For each group maximum two participants are allowed.
2. Timing -1 Hour only.
3. Judgement will be based on the creativity of participants team and Eco-friendly
materials used.
4. Participants have to bring their own raw materials.
5. Ready-made/ finished products and designed materials are not allowed.

LAN Gaming

a. NFS (Most Wanted)
1. Maximum 4 participants play at a time.
2. Time of 2 minutes is given for setting up the controllers & choosing the
car.
3. Maximum 3 Round:
BASIC ROUND
: Sprint or 2 laps circuits (knocked out round)
SEMI FINALROUND : Sprint or Drag or 3 laps circuit(knocked)
FINAL ROUND
: Competition between the qualified participants

b. Counter Strike 1.6
1. All players names must be in the format of their team tag + gaming alias( i.e
T1_name).
2. Non-standard game settings or third party applications that affect game play
are not
permitted. Players found using either will be penalized at the
administrators discretion.
3. Any disconnection issues that cannot be resolved by the players in the match
must be brought to the attention of an admin immediately.
4. Any use of game exploits, cheats, or any other play deemed unfair by an
admin may result in disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from
the tournament.
5. Once the match starts, players will not be able to dispute a match on the
grounds of match settings.
6. Any intentional abuse of "pause" by a player on the server will be result in
disciplinary action to be decided by an administrator.
7. The Administrators reserve the right to modify the rules as needed. This
includes changes due to software updates or releases, event organizer decisions
and all other changes deemed necessary to run a successful tournament. Teams
are responsible to check the rules .
8. By entering the tournament all players agree to be bound by and comply with
the rules and regulations put forth by tournament officials. And fully
understand and comply that any tournament official decision supersedes the
rules and regulations.

Server Crash
The server machine crashes/freezes/etc. causing the match server to stop responding

Solution: An administrator will restart the server, and play will continue from the
point of disruption(Round).

Client Crash
A players computer crashes/freezes/etc. causing the participant to be unable to continue
play

Solution: An administrator will restart the server, and play will continue from the
point of disruption(Round).

Round 1 :By knife round, if other weapon is used then the entire team will be
disqualified ,
and no other chance will be given.

Round 2 : Only Pistol + Knife allowed.

Round 3: From three final rounds best one will be selected.
All weapons are allowed in Round 3.

*The map pool may be changed prior to the tournament. Players will be
informed of any such changes as soon as possible.

n. Singing Solo/Duet
1. There will be an audition round and only selected students will perform in
the final round.
2. Total time should not exceed 6 Minutes including time for setup.
3. Using of a karaoke track is a allowed.
4. The contestants will be provided live orchestra during the final round.
5. No offensive or disrespectful songs will be allowed (pertaining to any sort of
offence to anyone).
6. Order of participation will be decided on the spot, participants are
requested to report 15 minutes before the event.
7. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
o. Fashion Show:
1. Only one round based on the theme of your choice.
2. Minimum no of participants: 10
Maximum .number of Participants: 20
3. Time duration: 10 minutes
