Tier 1 Stores with an in-store kosher bakery, deli and meat/seafood cutting
room with in-house supervision. It is preferable to have the store set up with the
store-within-a-store concept
Store definition- High indexing religious-kosher store with 5 or more religious synagogues
and/or schools within a 3 mile radius. Kosher Supervisor (mashgiach) on site providing instore supervision.

Store definition- High indexing religious-kosher store with 3 or more religious synagogues
and/or schools within a 3 mile radius.

Deli Grab and go only
Meat 4-8ft of prepackaged fresh and deli-style meats
Seafood- in-store cut fish, 4ft prepackaged smoked fish
Produce- Kosher cut fruit

Tier 3- Medium Level Kosher Stores with no in-store kosher supervision

Store definition- Religious-kosher store with 2 or more religious synagogues and/or
schools within a 3 mile radius or heavy culturally NY-style store

mile radius or located within the Miami districts where NY-style is a heavy influencer.

Meat- Frozen only by request
Dry 4 to 8ft
Frozen- 1 to 2 drs
Top 2 wine items (Bartenura and Baron Herzog)

Tier 5- Cultural Kosher and Ethnic Food stores

Store definition- Store with 1 or no synagogues within a 3 mile radius but has kosher
product to support Jewish holidays and ethnic food variety requests.
