1. Open Command prompt and type ipconfig. Copy the Local area connection IPv4 address (ex: 169.254.255.244) (This
is not correct. Local IPv4 Address should be in the 169.254.255.100+ range, the gateway is not the same as their
LAN IP, gateway IP is 169.254.255.254) to your Internet browser and press enter. SnapView portal should open.

Now Select Network Configuration in order to continue with adjustment for Internet connection (picture

b. Cloud Security appliance will obtain IP address from the internet device directly connected and you should be ready to use
the service, unless you are using a leased line.

169.254.255.254) to your Internet browser and press enter. Device portal should open. Now Select
Network Configuration in order to continue with adjustment for Internet connection (picture 9)

Select in fall down menu one of the methods of connection which are available for your Internet
connection (DHCP, PPPoE & Static), submit changes and close the browser. (Picture 10) For leased
line you should select Static and write down the IP addresses, then press Submit Changes.
3. You will now see the progress bar move based on completion status. The Cloud Security appliances
downloading all configurations and firmware updates, during this time you will see the power LED of the
appliance blink rapidly (this will only take a few seconds). It is important you DO NOT power down the
appliance during this operation. When the activation process has been completed, your appliance will
automatically reboot.
4. You may now connect the LAN port of Cloud Security appliance into your network using the supplied green
cable. Your installation is now complete
3. Select in fall down menu one of the methods of connection which are available for your Internet
connection (DHCP, PPPoE & Static), input the applicable information into the boxes and click submit
changes. After submitting changes click the close button to return to the main page. and close the
browser. (Picture 3.)
4. You will now see the progress bar move based on completion status. The Cloud Security appliances downloading all configurations
and firmware updates, during this time you will see the power WAN & LAN LED of the appliance blink rapidly (this will only take a
few seconds). It is important you DO NOT power down the appliance during this operation. When the activation process has been
completed, your appliance will automatically reboot.
5. You may now connect the LAN port of Cloud Security appliance into your network using the supplied green cable. Your installation is
now complete.
Go to www.ictmarketplace.hr and enter the data which you have received on your e-mail address or which you have received
on point of sale and follow the instructions. If you didn't receive login data contact our Customer service on 0800 0005.
After successful login, follow next steps:
1. Go to Management Tools -> HT Cloud Security -> HT Cloud Security Setup Wizard . (Picture 4)
3. A window opens where you can create a new location. Fill in the needed data. Dont change Select Template or Select Site.

4. In the Network Configuration write down an unique IP address for location ( for example: 192.168.4.2 ; On the next location
you shouldnt use same range of addresses, but write for example 192.168.5.2). LAN Subnet Mask should remain the same
(255.255.255.0). You can enable DHCP Server for your LAN computers if needed. (Picture 7)
5. In the Remote Activation dont change the Template, just type down your Device Serial number (it is written on the package
as well as on the device). (Picture 8)
Troubleshooting Tips
Be sure to power on your PC and SNAP appliance in the correct sequence.
Follow this sequence: 1st connect the power to the Cloud Security appliance, 2nd connect the green Ethernet cable from the LAN of
your Cloud Security appliance to your PC. 3rd connect the red Ethernet cable from the WAN port of your Cloud Security appliance to
your Internet connection
Make sure the Ethernet cables are securely plugged in.
Ensure the Ethernet cables are securely plugged into the ports of your Cloud Security appliance.
Make sure the network settings of your computer are correct.
In most cases computers should be setup to obtain an IP address automatically via DHCP. If your computer is set for static IP please
change settings to DHCP(Control Panel ->Network settings and set your connection to DHCP).
