Phrasal Verbs
Son verbos con partcula (preposicin, adverbio) que tienen significado propio.
Los phrasal verbs pueden ser:
- Transitivos o Intransitivos
- Separables o Inseparables
TRANSITIVOS:
Requieren un complemento directo para que la frase tenga sentido, ya que la accin del verbo
afecta directamente al complemento directo.
Ej: Peter picked up the pen
INTRANSITIVOS:
No llevan complemento directo, y el verbo se refiere solo al sujeto de la oracin.
Ej: Peter lay down
* Hay algunos phrasal verbs que pueden ser empleados transitiva e intransitivamente.

SEPARABLES:
