Example Weights and Roles:

According to ones long term vision to achieve a role / function in FM, (s)he
should decide upon the weight / emphasis on each of the attributes. The
following table puts in an indicative set for four sample roles.
As a general guideline, it is advisable not to put a weight below 7 on any
of the attributes. The total of all the weights should sum to 120.
