1. What are you working on, and what do you hope to accomplish, in terms of...
The craft of teaching/working with students?

I am a preprimary teacher and facilitate Pre K (Nursery) students. I practice TFU in my class.
Our basic subjects are Math, language and thinking routine. We allow students to explore,
experiment and make them independent thinkers. Our system is more student oriented then
teacher oriented.
Using the key of motivation and providing timely and appropriate feedback, I want my
students to be efficient in all the domains such as socio-emotional, cognition, language and
physical growth. I want them to raise their bar from where they had begun their journey with
me this year. Besides that I want to learn video documentation as well as photo story to
enhance my learning as these are the basic tools required to teach 21st century kids.

What I aspire to do?

Aspiration for my students I want them to build rapport with them in a way that they consider me their guardian
as well as a friend.
Keep a check on students struggle and plan different strategies to overcome the
same.
Give them regular feedback and even take the same from them.
Motivate their efforts.
Aspiration for self

I am not very techno savvy so I fear to learn technical skills as I feel that its not of my interest
and I try to run away from it but this year I have made up my mind to come out of my comfort
zone and learn the things which I am lacking.

Invite others to teach me video documentation or take ideas from them.

Collaborating with colleagues?

I will collaborate with my colleagues by taking feedback and suggestions. I will take their help in
finding different strategies to work with the slow learners. I will even ask them or someone else to
teach me video documentation which will help to show my students learning and progression in all
the areas. In future, I would like to teach my learning to at least one collogue from my unit.

2. As you think about your Leading Schools Project

a. What fierce wonderings are emerging? What do you hope to learn?

As I am not very techno savvy, I have a fear whether I will be able to learn new things or
not? Whom do I learn from and how do I make my learning visible?
I hope I develop my love towards technical knowledge and be ready to learn it.
What specific project do I need to undertake to reveal my learning?
I hope to learn to come out of my comfort zone and learn something new.

b. How might these be framed in an essential question or project

How will I make my practices more effective with the help of technology?
How will I design a project for the students?

What do I exactly need to do, to execute my learning on any project?

How can you help me in learning and selecting a project which can be used as a reference in
future?

Design a set of at least three Wicked Awesome Learning Opportunities (WALOs)

as possible next steps. The first WALO should be designed to help you reflect on
your own practice; the second should be centered around how you share your
with immediate colleagues and the last WALO asks you to lead members of
your community. Ideas for WALOs are listed on the reverseor you may design
your own. Each WALO is an opportunity for action and reflection enabling you to
address your essential questions.
