2013-2015

Joined a company undergoing rapid expansion as the first ever HR Director. The Company lacked established HR
practices/procedures. Built the department from the ground up. Implemented HR infrastructure, established
formalized compliance processes consisting of; employee handbook, policies/procedures, job descriptions,
performance management system, compensation practices, and metrics. Developed recruiting strategies for multiple
locations across the company, identified multiple channels for candidate recruitment; including online and, social
networking media, brand marketing and integration to company intranet for easy accessibility and optimization. This
streamlined process saved 30% in recruiting costs.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
