The planning department of Baqia Contracting co Ltd plays a vital role in planning and
scheduling of incoming and ongoing projects. Which also boost ups the companys performance. It forecast the distribution of on hand load and highlights when new projects are needed. The department
also control the invoicing of finished projects. Quality Assurance / Quality Control

It is the fundamental objective of Baqia Contracting co Ltd QA/QC to build quality into all phases of its activi- ties.
