assist for the development, rehabilitation and Service of Afghanistan, fully controlled and run by

Director/CEO:
Afzal Sahel is the head of the company performing under the position of Director (President). He is a

outside. The Project Manager report to head and directly supervises different departments established

This project was consisting of TV Broadcasting Station on the top of Asmayee Mountain and
renovation of TV studio in RTA Kabul.
In TV Broadcasting Station Foundations, Beams, Girders, Slabs and Parking lot has been made
of RCC. The total are of building 325 sq m, and Parking lot area was 360 sq m. The Service
of RTA Studio was completed in 6 month which the activities were including Painting for
external and internal walls, Renovation of floors, Service of wooden Truss, Installation of G.I.
sheets, Service of wooden doors and windows and others related works.

area, installation of Electrical facilities and water supply systems was completed by this
organization in one year. The supervision of works was belonging to PCI (Pacific Consultant
International) engineers.
