ABOUT THIS COURSE
This workshop provides the necessary tools to help learners speak English
more clearly and coherently, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
The workshop is suitable for professionals who want to improve their
pronunciation at work, or for non-professionals who simply want to speak
with greater confidence.

CONTENT
Be introduced to phonology and the English phonemic chart.
Practise discriminating between different vowel sounds and diphthongs.
Practise with the difficult consonant sounds (consonant clusters).
Practise using appropriate word and sentence stress.
Use intonation to convey meaning.
Learn how to speak effectively in public with the right pace and pausing.
Recognise different accents and their appropriacy in International English.
