One of the most important advantages of country tife

is its peacefulness. There are fewer cars than in the
city; therefore there is no traffic noise. Since there is
no industrial poIlution in the country, the air is clean
and fresh. Another good side of living in the country is
the fact that people are more friendly and helpful and
there is a strong sense of community among them. tn
addition, the country is much safer than the city: there
are fewer accidents and the crime rate is low.
cities, on the other hand, are noisy and dirty. people
are very often lonely in cities because people usuatty
keep to themselves.
l have always lived in big cities. Life is never boring in a
city, there are a lot of things to do. There are cinema ,

everybody should do their share of the

housework in a family. we share the housework. we
divide the chores evenly. Everybody makes their own
beds and puts their things away. we take it in turns

to take the rubbish out, dust the furniture, vacuum

the carpets and clean the bathroom. Fortunately, we

have a dishwasher, so we don't have to do the washing
up by hand. As we have a big garden, w have to do
some gardening every week. My father prunes the
fruit trees, digs and rakes the soil of the flower beds.

My mum plants some flowers and hoes the beds.
