IT Associate, United Nations Development Programme; Jakarta, Indonesia November 2010-Present
Ensure implementation of IT management system and strategies, focusing on achievement of the
following results:
o Develop guidelines for ICCTF information management and technology standards and
procedures for ICCTF Secretariat technology environment.
o Analysis of the requirement and elaboration of internal policies and procedures on the
use of IT.
o IT business processes mapping and elaboration/establishment of internal ICCTF
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in IT management, further development of the
ICCTF project database.
o Provision of advice on and assistance in procurement of new IT and office equipment
for the ICCTF Secretariat, provision of technical specifications and information on best
options
o Suggestion on ways to improve computer related process or procedures and equipment
to enhance effectiveness relevant with PREP-ICCTF policies and budget

o Development of Information System infrastructure and supporting units (hardware and

o Correspondence to third-party/vendor for hardware installation, local area network,

o Design, development, and maintainance of internet and intranet platform for data
exchange, information sharing, and knowledge management tool of PREP-ICCTF and
ICCTF Secretariat operation.
o Consultation with key persons of ICCTF, UNDP, and Bappenas in designing a
Knowledge Management System for the PREP-ICCTF
o Customization of system contents from a user perspective, to ensure optimal
interactivity, usability and content retrieval.
o Support data and information exchange users in technical issues, draft a brief user
manual if required, and ensure users gain access to the right information required

Performed the duty of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer which includes but not limited to the
following:

Manage the task of 6 field monitors to monitor and assess the work of UNICEFs
counterparts.

Distribute the result of the field monitors result and provide analysis.

Prepare Yogyakarta Monitoring Matrix which includes the updates of Water and Sanitation,
Health and Nutrition, Education and Child Protection sections progress.
Generated maps for project implementation by UNICEF using ArcGIS 9.2 and DevInfo 5.0 for a
better data presentation.
Provided training on user and administrator for DevInfo 5.0 to Government sections in Semarang
and Banjarnegara. DevInfo is an advanced database management system to keep track of the
commitments towards human development. DevInfo is endorsed by the UN to monitor the progress
achievements towards Millenium Goals.

Team leader of 2 person team and responsible for the analysis and development of this web application.
Bouygues payroll system is a web application which acquires scanned time sheet data and compares it
with the time machine and generates reports and calculates the Bouygues workers total hours. Web
application was developed using Microsoft Visual C# 2005 using SQL Server 2000 database.

company policies. Application was developed using Microsoft Visual Basic .NET together with
Infragistics Net Advantage 2004 component.
