Managing general banking functions (accounts) of the branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for check book issuance/ handover to front staff for delivery to the customer
- Input of cheque book serial numbers in the system before handing over
- Responsible for ATM card custodianship.
- Responsible for all account maintenance/ documentation, scanning of signature cards and forms.
- Responsible for zakat deduction and affidavit record
- Responsible for all customer correspondence and other relevant docs filing.
- Maintain all branch books and records and balancing of all respective heads on weekly, fortnightly & monthly
basis.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capturing and attachment of clients' signatures to the accounts.
- Responsible for preserving of all signature specimen cards and account opening forms.
- Responsible for all post account opening maintenance i.e. restraint, stop payment, deceased, zakat indicator &
standing instruction etc.
- Responsible for preserving the Letter of thanks & documents pertaining to any account maintenance.
- Balance Debit Cards with the respective PINS held at the Branch every week.
- Responsible for the updation of IBS, AS book.
- Ensuring that departmental activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid down procedures/
processes, and SBP Compliance guidelines.
- Locker issuance and operations, etc. Holding of master key of lockers, as per key register.
- To act as dual custodian of a Safe Custody Lockers to ensure the compliance with departmental operating
instructions.
- Retention of hold mail statements and advises under dual control.
- Seeking approval of expenses and maintenance of concerned record.
- Maintain Mail dispatch report
