Note: Total duration depend on time required for data files preparation by customer
representatives. The sample data files are provided.
Implementation content
1. Preliminary discussion of customer requirements, terms, implementation plan and supporting
actions by parties, defining responsible customer representatives taking part in the
implementation
2. Signing Service Agreement along with the implementation plan
3. Providing customer representatives with relevant reference documentation regarding
information service platform, application and information instruments for users and sample
data files
4. Setting the City Monitoring Server and City 37120 Core sample application (server options: incloud or in-house, e.g. in municipality building)
5. Introductory training course, duration 6 hours (optional)
6. Data source files preparation and installation by customer representatives
7. Application testing and tuning
8. Presentation of the running system and signing Protocol of Acceptance
9. Extended service support by email and on-line, updating and upgrading of the platform
software
Application service support duration: 12 months
Data sources: Data is entered into Excel files accordingly to data file samples and manually updated by
Municipality employees (or representatives of relevant service providers) periodically
Data updating periods: Any selected by customer e.g. quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily, each 6 hours, each
3 hours, each hour
Data updating procedure: uploading updated Excel data file into Smart City server by customer employee.
Optional implementation may include enabling the server access to database(s) storing relevant information
for its importing into the server over Internet or local city network.
Application platform customization: allowed and available based on provided application objects
definition instruments by adding of optional indicators, its targets, sub objects, data sources, constants,
editing of object properties, etc.
Price of the service package implementation includes
1. Installation
2. Introductory training session (up to 6 h, optional, costs depend on selected training format)
3. User reference materials for running the services, updating source data, application implementation
description for core indicators and guides for customization and local developments (additional data
sources, indicators, objects)
4. Extended service support including server and clients software and application City 37120 Core, its
upgrading, issue resolving in e-mail and on-line mode (in English)
5. Annual license subscription for 1 server, Smart City Open Application Model 37120 Core, 10
Power Clients for the application managing and development, up to 1000 Smart City Monitor Light
Clients (Chrome browser application, additional upgrading to Safari is anticipated)

Training audience and requirements: up to 8 persons, computer class, screen projector, each
computer connection to City server enabled, in on-line training local class coordinator shall be
present during training session
Training session modality options: (1) on-site or (2) on-line (subject to agreement)
Audit and Certification for ISO 37120:2014: The implementation is optional and subject to additional
agreement and results of the service package implementation.
