The company was established since January


1991 and has been practicing in Radiography
Testing ever since.
One objective of our mission is to provide
the highest quality of service, which complies
with safety requirement of OSHA Act 1994 &
Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 (Act 304).

INTRODUCTION

The company involved in radiography


activities shall register with AELB (LPTA)
and has a valid license as per Atomic
Energy Licensing Act 1984.

Record of Radiography Work informed to LPTA

Workers Radiation Card.
Film badge.

During Radiographic Operation


Survey the supervision area and the boundaries.

AFTER RADIOGRAPHIC OPERATION

Team leader or Supervisor shall ensure all


radiography equipment including source,
warning sign and notices have been removed
from the site.
The radiation surveyy should be conducted
before the site is vacated upon completion of
work.
The radiography team shall inform the person
responsible at the site before leaving the site.

AFTER RADIOGRAPHIC OPERATION


Inform the person in-charge, the RT activities had been
completed.

radiography operation to observe or
to check proper radiography activity
being practiced is in compliance with
procedures and the Atomic Energy
Licensing Act 1984 (Act 304).
