CRIME REPORT NUMBER 814-136831

Dear SheriffDavis:
Recent reports on the local news and general talk-about-town has peaked my interest on the above
listed Crime Report I personally filed on Jtxrc2'1,2014. Having not heard any report from the
Sheriffs Office since that date concerning the disposition of the Crime Report and hearing and seeing
reports of a possible crime being committed by the very same individual involved in my Crime Report,
I feel some answers need to be given to me.

Kinnan Ghali, of 124 Lotus Point Drive, came into my place of business and caused quite a ruckus
ending with our ejecting him from our premises and then being threatened by Ghali with "killing us
all" and "blowing up the store", as he put it. We immediately filed a complaint and then nothing
hanpenea. f have the complete incident recorded and offered the recording when I filed the Crime
Report.
Here if is almost a year later and Kinnan Ghali has raised his ugly head again as the very probable
suspect in the ttreatening of fishenaen at Lake Tobosofkee. I can assure you that this is the very same
person who threatened me and my employees with death and destruction.

Kinnan Ghali has fued a handgun here at Eagle Gun Range on June 25,2014. He rented two separate
handguns chanrbered in 45 ACP. That was the only time he had shot here.
What has become of my complaint and
