IT Centre
The IT centre is well-equipped with state-of-the-art computing resources. The centre has adequate infrastructure and services which
are available round the clock throughout the year. It is equipped with latest servers, desktop computers, laptops, laser printers, video
conferencing facility, and technically competent software and hardware professionals. Fast speed Internet access is available with
the help of dedicated lease line. Internet facility is made available to the staff, students and training participants for external
communication and for global exposure to research and training. Every student and faculty member has an access to networked

personal computer/laptop. The high speed servers running on a variety of platforms suit all kinds of requirements to support the
entire network.
Besides providing support to the ongoing activities of The University like research, teaching, training and consultancy, the centre is
actively engaged in software development for managing health programmes and hospitals effectively.
Lecture Halls
All the lecture halls are equipped with LCD projectors, required teaching aids and techniques. They are spacious and specifically
designed to facilitate participative learning environment. Every lecture hall has a computer connected to the Wi-Fi network that
allows the faculty to retrieve relevant information.
Hostel Facility
The IIHMR University has hostel facility on the campus for the students. The IIHMR University provides spacious, well furnished and
air-cooled hostel facilities with all modern amenities and conveniences.

MBA Hospital and Health Management
It is a flagship educational program which aims to develop
trained professional managers with requisite skills in planning,
implementation, operational management, diagnosis and
problem solving, consultancy, and entrepreneurship. This is
with a view to preparing them to manage hospitals and
healthcare institutions globally, both in the public and the
private sectors, thus meeting the demand for quality healthcare
management.
The University builds achievers through the program. Our
students have won prizes in many inter-campus and national
competitions in academic and non-academic activities. They
have presented papers in the conferences organized by The
University, other institutions and have published their papers
and won prestigious international scholarships. It has featured
in the Limca Book of Records and won a citizen journalist award
by network 18. The University also encourages students to
support entrepreneurship.

Dissertation and Internship
The students are required to submit a dissertation in their area
of interest. The dissertation will include a critical review of
literature pertaining to the specific area of interest, data
collection and analysis on the selected problem, besides other
components of the dissertation. The dissertation must be
completed in the second year.

Each student would work with an organization, on a project for a
period of a minimum of eight weeks at the end of first year. The
objective is to allow students, intense day-to-day interaction
with organizations. Summer training would provide exposure to
the student to working of an organization in the real life setting.
It would also help students to develop managerial skills. They
are assessed on the basis of their performance during this
period by way of report and poster presentation.

Admission Requirements
Admission to the programs will be done from among the eligible
applicants based on the under mentioned eligibility criteria and
selection process.
MAT/CAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GPAT score
Selection Procedure
The eligible candidates will be invited for group discussion and
personal interview. The final selection of the candidate is based on
his/her performance in the qualifying examination with proportional
score in MAT/CMAT/CAT/ATMA/XAT or any other national level
management aptitude test, group discussion and interview.
Candidates are required to bring original documents at the time of the
interview. The candidate will be assessed on following criteria:

Admission Requirements
A Foreign National: Means an Individual having citizenship of a foreign
country (Citizens of all Counties other than India) and not having the
status of NRIand/or person of Indian Origin (PIO)
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have passed minimum 3 Years duration with at least
50% marks in aggregate in any discipline Bachelors Degree
examination or its equivalent as per the eligibility requirement of the
programme with a good academic record from a University/Board.
Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare sector are
encouraged to apply.

Supernumerary Seats
21% supernumerary seats in all courses will be reserved for
international students including Persons of Indian Origin. Out of the
21% supernumerary seats, 7% will be reserved for NRIs.
Visa Requirements
Applicants should have valid passport and student visa. The visa
can be obtained from the Indian missions abroad by producing a
letter of confirmed offer of admission from The IIHMR University,
Jaipur.
