CHAPTER I
General Principles
1. All the Ruthenians are subject to Ruthenian Law, even in foreign territory.
. The person of His Majesty and members of the Royal Family are judicial,
civil and criminal inviolable.
2. The person to practice a crime shall be punished in accordance with this Code.
3. Criminal law also applies to foreigners who live, work, or is in Ruthenia for tourism,
if the crime is committed in the territory of the Kingdom.
4. The condemnation of government authority, implies the loss of office and any kind of
title and honor entrusted to him if the penalty is suspension, detention or expulsion of
the Empire.
CHAPTER II
Sentences and Their Species
5. The penalties are as follows:
a. suspension of rights;
b. public warning;
c. order of recantation;
d. revocation of citizenship and expulsion.
1. Suspension of rights is to have their rights as citizens banned for a period of
time to be determined.
2. Public Warning is to draw the attention of the public order offenders,
clarifying the facts and exposing the criminal for authority endowed with coercive
power.
17. Absence not communicated by members of public service, exceeding five days.
. Penalty Public Warning. In case of recidivism, loss of the office.
18. Public property deviation.
. Penalty Public Warning and loss of the office.
19. Bad conduct of government official or member of the public administration.
. Penalty Public Warning. In case of recidivism, loss of the office.
Section 4 Crimes Against the Individual
CHAPTER V
Judgement
26. People of Public Law and Private Law can move actions of criminal nature against
people of Public Law and Private Law in the country.
27. The process of opening will be through petition sent to the Judiciary Power.
. The petition must contain obligatorily:
a. qualification of the parties, nationality, occupation and e-mail address
and / or username;
b. description of the criminal act;
c. documented evidence of the criminal act.
28. The quote of the accused to answer the charge, after convocation will be within 5
(five) working days.
29. Will be considered in default the accused who not present his defense, giving gain
cause to the accuser.
Section 1 Pardons
30. The King and the Chancellor may grant pardons to criminals, without justification,
by own will or request of the accused.
31. The Chancellor pardon may be revoked by the King.
Section 2 Sentence
32. The judge must issue reasoned decision within 10 days, under limitation period for
crime and decay of the victim's right to sue.
CHAPTER VI
Final Dispositions
33. This law will take effect on 1 April 2015.
