& 5 doors (unique FSAO)

Parts
Program Targets:
Design and development of the part mentioned above will be SUPPLIER responsibility with Ford Engineering
supervision and approval;
Meet component durability targets established for this program / WCR requirements / DVP and all Engineering
Specifications;
Component must support the tests at Tatui Proving Ground (Tatu Test Procedures P1 and E2);
Component is to be robust, safe and easy to handle and provide good ergonomics during assembly.
Commodity Assumption / Information:
Styling of Alloy Wheel 6J x 14x 41 must accord to information delivered by Ford Engineering;
See engineering drawing XXX-XXXX-XXX and Engineering Specification SXX-XXXX-XXX attached for
reference, which specifies the standards and regulations that must be considered for the construction of this part,
as well as material and finish notes (except when specified);
Part to be supplied including all components shown in the engineering drawing mentioned above; supplier will
be responsible for all of them, and for the approval of styling requirements;
Supplier will be responsible for the final appearance, and for the approval of Ford Styling requirements;
Detailed-tooling description is required;
Development timing is required;
CAD information (3D Model and 2D drawings) will be supplier responsibility, with logo Ford and part numbers
(according to drawing. Std. E3);
Production parts must have both logo Ford and part numbers inserted, according to spec. S86BB-1K266-AA.

The following is a Statement of Work defining the assignment of responsibilities to be accomplished by the Supplier and Ford
Motor Company:
(L) Lead
assumes primary role in accomplishing task and requests support only when necessary
(V) Verify
conducts a final check on work completed and assumes little/no responsibility in completing task
(S) Support assumes secondary role and assists when requested by team with lead responsibility

not be considered an all-inclusive list of tasks to be accomplished; it is expected new responsibilities will be added and that existing tasks
will change as the program progresses.
