Modules are installed to rack with their casings

Flexi modules are installed to the 19 rack with their sheet metal casings. The casings
provide support for the core modules and guide cooling air flow of each module.
However, the plastic front and rear covers are not used with rack installation.
Other requirements
The requirements for environmental conditions, site powering and rack cooling air are
defined in Flexi WCDMA user manual document Requirements for Installation and
Operation.
The requirements for installing 3rd party 19rack will be completed to the next revision of
Flexi WCDMA user manual document Requirements for Installation and Operation. The
updated set of Flexi user manuals will be published at the end of March 2007.

Solution / Instructions
1. Ensure dimensioning of rack complies with IEC standard 60297.
