BRIEF HISTORY

G28 BUILDERS is the construction arm of A.C. Ordona Architects duly registered with the
Department of Trade and Industry and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Business Permit was
issued in Muntinlupa City to operate for the year 2014. PCAB accreditation is still in the
process of approval.

Our years of experience in vertical construction undeniably strengthened our professional

resolve to deliver the project at the utmost satisfaction of our clientele.

We significantly proved this fact while we constructed the r.c. framework of high-rise
Innsbruck Condominium in Baguio City in 1989. In the aftermath of M7.8 earthquake which
devastated Baguio and the neighboring provinces in 1990, Innsbruck, and so are the
buildings of Saint Louis University which we previously built, stood firm sans any
compromise to its structural integrity the product of our profound adherence to stringent
construction standards.

This accomplishment brought us to the U.A.E. upon the invitation of Abu Dhabi based Al
Amry Gen. Const. Co. to take management control of its projects within the Emirates,
deemed crucial to its survival amidst east-west dominance of the then burgeoning
construction industry in the gulf region.

This foreign exposure prompted us to revive the company at home, and in the midst of
improving economic outlook of our country today, we look forward to the opportunity of
sharing our expertise with the booming construction activity that we now have experienced.
