Service Desk Analyst Consultant (Full Time Contract)
Responsibilities:
Providing a high level of customer service and liaising with a diverse range of customers
Performing programme installations, upgrades and configurations in accordance with customers
requirements and instructions
Building solid customer relationships and providing first level support by taking calls and handling any
incidents or service requests quickly and efficiently
Troubleshooting, identifying and solving a variety of customer issues
Recording all requests on the Service Desk System in order to track and monitor each request through to
successful resolution and closure

Forming a requirement report aimed at analysing the current processes and documenting
the requirements for the improvement of these processes. In order to do that, processing
modelling and data modelling were conducted in order to fully understand and identify any
problems existing in the system. Recommendations will also be made for future system
upgrade

Forming a final report based on the requirement report, the aim of this final report to firstly
critically evaluate how the current process aligns with business objectives, as well as the
expected business alignment for the new process. After that, a detailed plan will be
developed to introduce a new information system to the company
