Linpack Benchmark

it contains actually 3 benchmarks

1. The first one consists of 2 functions. The first function is used to solve
a matrix of order 100 and the second one are used to solve a system of
linear equations of order 1000. It used to test the performace of
sequential programming.
2. The second benchmark is the same as the frst but only differs in
implementation to test low parallel programming ( limited number of
processor in a system).
3. The last benchmark allow variation in problem size to solve high
parallel programming ( large numbers of cores which suits Top500
case).
