JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF CRISOSTOMO MABASKUG
I, Crisostomo Mabaskug, of legal age and a resident of Tabuc Suba, Jaro,
Iloilo City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

What is your name?

My name is Crisostomo Mabaskug.

Where do you live?

I live in Tabuc Suba, Jaro, Iloilo City.

Do you know the accused in this case, John Maikrat?

Yes. We live in the same neighbourhood.

4.

Where were you on the evening of February 14, 2015?

I went to Iloilo supermart, Jaro, Iloilo City to buy some groceries then
proceeded to go directly home afterwards.

5.

What happened as you were on your way home?

In my way home, as I was passing madulum street, I noticed that I was

being followed by another person. This person was my neighbour, John
Maikrat. I did not mind it at first but when I was already halfway down
madulum street and in front of an abandoned house, the person
following me shouted at me.

What words did he shout at you at that point?

He shouted Crisostomo! You are mine forever!

7.

What happened thereafter?

He sprinted towards me and pushed me really hard to the ground.
He then mounted me and tore off my clothes. I tried to fight him but he
overpowered me. As he was pinning me to the ground, he unzipped his
pants and took out his penis. He then forcefully inserted his penis in my
mouth then in my anal orifice then in my mouth again. Afterwards, he
left me there naked on the ground. As he left he said Namit!.

Affiant further sayeth none.

INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses John Maikrat of the crime of rape committed as

follows:

That on or about 11 oclock in the evening of February 14, 2015 at Madulum

St., Tabuc Suba, Jaro, Iloilo City and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, John Maikrat (herein Accused) followed Crisostomo

Mabaskug attacked him and did there and then wilfully, unlawfully and
feloniously inserted his penis inside the mouth and anal orifice of the latter.

I hereby certify that a preliminary investigation in this case was conducted

by me in accordance with law; that I examined the complainant, the
