3.0 SOLUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATION


3.1 How the company solves those problems
The company agrees to give required promotion activities to younger workers and rest
will be given to older workers.
They allow employees to maintain relationship with their superiors and also gave
instruction to the supervisors to maintain relationship with their employees and involve
their ideas in decision making.
It took action to give training and development to the employees about the new
technology introduces and gives awareness among the employees about the change.
Took action to give transportation facilities. They decide to give bus service to employees
who came from distance places and the employees do not want to do any payment
regarding this service.
They are making discipilinary action to the people who are doing fraud and correption
Providing employee guide hand book :
When they recruit new employee for the organization they provide the employee guide
book to them to know about the organization. That includes the organization vision,

mission, rules and regulation for the employees in the working time, salary scale, benefits
and facilities and
orientation of employees who work there. From this the employees can eliminate
unnecessary mistake in the organization and the employee can clear understand about the
organization.
Create very good safety working environment to help employees to do their job well
without any fear of unsafe.

3.2 My Recommendations to resolve the employee problem


1. When the organization provide promotion to younger employees they can based on the
performance of employees.
2. To reduce the employee work load I can Recommend,

Doing job rotation to eliminate the bore of the job.

problems.
7. Giving training and development is most important one when the technologies and
methods of the job changed. To give training select appropriate trainer and methods of
training.
8. It is important to satisfy the employees within the organization because they are the heart
of the organization. So give facilities to do their work properly. For example give
