I think the XtremeStatusLog is pretty understandable. However let me tell you some basics
We can track and be up to date on the following activities
Once you have a clearcut knowledge of periodic activities grouped in the following manner, List them in "PIVOTS" tab.
1. Daily activities
2. Weekly (A-MON = All mondays in a month, 1-MON = 1st Monday and so on)
3. Monthly (from 1 - 31 of dates in a month)
4. Onetime(ONLYONCE, QUARTERLY, BIANNUAL, ANNUAL) ONLYONCE needs a Date, on which it has to be popped
You can enter upto 1000 activities under each.
When you open the StatusRekha.xls, The application checks the date and your Activity Frequency and adds to your "List" of Activities.
They are added with Pending Status and Red in color. If you change the "Pending" to other Status, the color will also automatically change. This
will keep you up to date in doing periodic tasks at the correct time.
Calendar tab for 200 years ! Have everything infront of you
