In the reference 1st and 2nd read above, have constituted the Andhra
Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) at
Hyderabad to exercise unlimited pecuniary jurisdiction for the whole of the State
of Andhra Pradesh for a period of two years under Section 20 read with Section
21 of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act,2006.

In the references 3rd to
4th read above, the term of Andhra Pradesh
Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) was further extended
for a further period.

In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner/Director of Industries,
Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad, has stated that the term of the Andhra Pradesh
Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) expired on
18.05.2014 and requested to issue necessary orders for extension of the term of
the Andhra Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC)
for a further period of 2 years with (5) members.

Government after careful consideration of the proposal of Director of
Industries, Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad decided to constitute the Andhra Pradesh
Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) for a period of (2)
two years w.e.f., 02.06.2014 to 01.06.2016 with (5) five members.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20 read with Section 21 of
The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (Act
No.27 of 2006) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby Constitute the
Andhra Pradesh Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (APMSEFC) for a
period of two years to the following:1. Director of Industries, Hyderabad
2. Managing Director, A.P. State Finance Corporation,
Hyderabad or his Nominee not below the rank of
Senior General Manager
3. President, Federation of Andhra Pradesh Small
Industries Association (FAPSIA) Hyderabad or his
Nominee who shall be Executive Committee Member
nominated by the President, FAPSIA.
