well as sourcing businesses on my own. I assist business owners in a number of different areas, including but
not limited to inventory reduction promotions, sales building promotions, process improvement and store
liquidations.

Store Director-Circuit City, NJ (2007-2009(Company Bankruptcy)


Prior to Circuit City bankruptcy and liquidation I was hired as a Store Director in anticipation of their opening
the The City stores.

Store Manager-JCPenney, Trenton, NJ. (2005-2007)


Managed sales and profit in a + $30 Million store. Supervised over 200 employees, managed salary cost,
general expense, and reduced shrinkage.
Successfully executed new store organization and stock replenishment processes.

Store Manager-Target, Mandeville, LA. (2003-2004)


Opened a new +$25 Million store. Supervised over 180 employees, managed salary cost, general expense,
and reduced shrinkage. Exceeded new store sales projection.

District Manager- Toys ‘R’ Us, Mandeville, LA. (2001-2003) (Company Re-organization)
Managed the sales and profit of (14) stores ($160 Million).

Regional Operations Manager-JCPenney, Dallas,TX. (1998-2000) (Company Re-organization)


Managed the general expense, loss prevention (shrinkage), store systems, styling salon and real estate issues
for over 250 stores. Maintained a dotted line reporting relationship with 12 District Managers. Had one of the
best expense control operations and shrinkage reduction operations in the company.

Regional Human Resource Manager-JCPenney, Dallas, TX. (1996-1998)


Managed the salary cost, training/development/recruitment and manpower review process for over 250 stores.
Successfully managed the early retirement of over 50 store managers and the promotion and placement of 150
(Store Managers, 2nd level Managers, 1st Level Managers) as part of a corporate restructuring program. Had
one of the best salary cost control operations in the company.

Managed sales and profit in 23 stores (+$450 Million). Supervised a staff of over 23 Store Managers and 6
District Staff associates. .

Managed sales and profit in 28 stores (+$175 Million). Supervised a staff of over 28 Store Managers and 2
District staff associates. Received the company’s “Chairman Award” for running one of the top operations in
the company.
