Youthexchange"2beEuropean"isaninternationalinitiative(Poland),Scambieuropei(Italy),
ADTRE(Romania),(Bulgaria),(Turkey)atotalof30 participants (6 from each organisation),
aged 2328, which main objective is to raise the awareness of young people, leaders, youth
workersregardingtheimportanceofnonformaleducation,theimportanceofcertificationof
thisknowledgebyEuropeanstandards(Youthpass,europass).
One of the most important aspects is to develop and widen the recognition of this type of
knowledge, particularly of nonformal learning competencies . The most effective way to
achievethisgoalistoinvitepeoplewhoworkinthesectortosharetheirideas,concepts,and
eventuallydevelopednewtoolsandknowledgethatwillservetochangethisnegativeaspect.

Forthegoalsoftheprojectconsider:
familiarize participants with the concept of Youthpass as an educational program and the
opportunitiesofferedbytheErasmus+
astrategybetterunderstandingofyouthworkandnonformaleducation
develop the competence of participants in nonformal education strategy planning and
interculturallearningwithaparticularfocusonthestructureofthelearningprocess
replacement of tools and methods used in working with young people in the field of " self
education"andencouragethemtoparticipateactivelyinsociallife
understandingofthe8keycompetences

Theprojectwillemphasizetheimportanceoforganizationandreevaluatetheirowneducation,
particularly through work in an intercultural environment , but also through the
implementation of their ideas in the work on the ground locally.

The project objectiveswill be achieved by usgradually,and classes are arranged in a logical

manner consistent with the development of the group. We strongly believe that by sharing
knowledgeandmutualexchangeofinformation,youngpeoplewillbeabletounderstandtheir
rightsandobligationsincumbentuponthem.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

TransportationcostsofallparticipantswillbecoveredbyprojectbudgetuptoErasmus+limits
oftransportationcostsforpartnercountries(lookbelow).
Transportationisreimbureseduptonationallimitsoftravel(lookbelow)onwaycityof

hostingorganisationWisa(venue)cityofhostingorganisation.
Soallparticipants(bytheirpartnerorganisation)willhavetobuytheirticketsfromhometo
Wisa(Poland)andwewillpayuptolimitsoftransportationcostspercountryduringproject
activitiesbycash.

Duringprojectwewillhostyouinhotel/guesthousehttp://relakswisla.pl/.Allcostsrelatedto
accomodation,andfood(3mealsperdaybreakfast,lunch,supper)willbecoveredbyProject
budgetaswell.Wewillnotpaypreparationcostsforpartnerorganizationssinceitwillbe
contributionfromsideofpartnerorganisationsaswealreadyinformedbeforeproject
application.
Participantswillpay50eurocontributionbeforeTCaswell.

Limitsoftransportationcostsforpartnercountriesare:

Allamountsaboveareamountsprovidedforparticipant'sowncontribution!Exampleforitalian
paxplaneticketspurchasedfor300euros,willbereimbursedintheamountof275euros

ParticipantsfromRomania275 willbereimbusedper participant

total%100forwholegroupwillbe1650(max.)reimbursementfor
wholegroup.

Firstwewillprovidetransportationfromairporttovenue(Wisa).InthissituationYourlimits
oftransportationcostsforpartnercountrieswillbeabitlower(wewillhavetopayforshuttle
buses)

SecondYouwillbeobligatedtoreachvenuebyYourself.Therearebusesandtrainsfrom
KatowiceandKrakwdailysinceitbecomesmorethan3fromeachcity.Youcanchecktickets

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortableclothesandshoesforworkshopswhichwewillorganizeinindoorand
outdooratmospheredependingonweather,slippers.Cameraandlaptopyoucanbringon
yourownrisk.Photoswillbetakenduringprojectbyourteamaswellandattheendofthe
projectwewillshareonlinewithallpartnerorganizationsbeforedeparture.

Traditionalfood,drinkandsouvenirsforinterculturalnightactivities.Itwouldbeniceto
preparesomeinterestingpresentationsofyourcountrybutnotYoutubevideos;).Youcan
teachyoursongsanddancestoallparticipantswhenyouwillhavethestage.

INSURANCE & HEALTH ISSUES

Theparticipantsarethemselvesresponsibletogetatravelinsurance.Ifanyonewhouses
medicineshouldbringwiththemselves.Wedontgiveanymedicinesandwedontcover
insurancefees.

FOOD
Ifanyonewhoisveganorvegetarianinyourgroup(orwhohassomeallergicproblems),
pleaseinformusaboutthis.
