the continuing effects of discrimination. While acknowledging that affirmative action may
stigmatize its beneficiaries, they contend that this effect is outweighed by the opportunities
affirmative action provides.

This is an early 90s book. But this book gives views of affirmative action back then. It shows

This book trys to define what affirmative action actually is. Then it goes into discussing how
the actual people feel about it and their views on the issue. After that it gives you
philosophical discussions about affirmative action.
