ETHICAL CASE
From my personal point of view as seen in the virtual
classroom I can say that this is not an ethical case for
every company and must pay for all work produced is
of any type for that in this way at another time might
have such person to prepare him for another job.
I
as a lawyer would not accept the client's case even if
as much potential as a posed but should understand that before signing any
contract should take into account taxes paid to be any kind of work because in this
way may claim the if not paid a fair wage for their work.
My client is very potential but cannot do anything against me because as in any
case we could bring the case to court t that does not suit him and that would result
losing because you are working the wrong way you could say it's a job dirty and I
do not want to get into that matter so do not take the case.
As a lawyer I know I can take the case to court but no evidence that my client
deserves to be paid for and not to act ethically and not get carried me for money
because it will offer a lot potential but this may affect my career over time.
Perhaps another lawyer accept the case because as each time is different and not
all like we so they could go to another place where you think they acted ethically
and in this part is taken much into account the morals, customs , beliefs, religion,
etc.
I am not judging people simply by their actions but in this case I am a lawyer and
do not stain my career Id worked so cost me therefore say that the customer has
no moral because his act will not be welcomed by the most of society.
I know the work of a lawyer is looking save his client guilty but in this case I'm
trying to justify what he did bone I'm working with it brings several impact guilty
since losing to win the debate blaming a person clear helpless and innocent of a
crime he did not commit because it is always so most of the cases and if the client
is victorious on the basis of false evidence, if once acted without morals from my
point of view may do so again at the end of day total someone will present a less
ethically and that person will be me to blame someone else for something I know
who committed it.
Therefore conclude that from my point of view and the concept that I have the
client act ethically because he did the dirty work are paid jail so I will not be me
who takes his case for change at the end the role of victim to blame why not take

your case and would rather live with a clear conscience and no punishing the
innocent. Is a case injust.
