I have known Amishi since past 2.5 years now. She is a student of Bachelors Of
Management studies course, with which I am associated in the capacity of a lecturer and
course coordinator.

Research: Amishi has shown keen interest in the area of research. She is amongst the very few students
from the class who have taken proactive steps in this area by writing research papers and also sharing the
results and the insights with the other class mates.
Presentation & Analytics: Amishi has shown tremendous improvement in her class presentations and
academics talks. She has excelled in analytical skills and comes out to be highly skilled individual with
respect to excel and other analytic tools. Academically she has consistently outperformed herself and
has secured 8th rank in the class.

Silent waters run deep, can an appropriate quote for Amishi. She is amongst those individuals who, may
not come out to be an extrovert but still add great value to the class interaction by sharing different
perspectives to the topic of discussion. She seems to have a right blend of humility and self confidence.
Her approachable nature, strong intellect and down to earth attitude is going to take her a long way in her
professional life. Amishi through her conversation comes out to be an avid reader, which adds to one more
feather in her cap. I am sure she will add great value to the class and the collective learning experience of
the batch.
