containedintheabovejudgmentstheawardamountistobedisbursedasfollows:
1. OutoftheawardamountofRs.13,50,000/(Rs.ThirteenLacsFiftyThousand),
asumofRs.3,50,000/(Rs.ThreeLacsFiftyThousand)bereleasedinfavour
of petitioner no.1/wife by transferring it into her savings account and
remainingamountbekeptinFDRinUCOBank,PatialaHouseCourt,New
Delhiforaperiodoftenyears.
2. ThechequebedepositedinUCOBank,PatialaHouseCourt,NewDelhiin
the name of UCO Bank, Patiala House Court, New Delhi A/c Smt.Munni
Devi.
3. Theinterestonthefixeddepositsshallbepaidmonthlybyautomaticcreditin
thesavingaccountsoftheclaimant/beneficiary.
4. OriginalfixeddepositreceiptshallberetainedbytheBankinsafecustody.
However,theoriginalpassbookshallbegiventotheclaimantalongwiththe
photocopy of the FDR. Upon the expiry of period ofFDR the bank shall
automaticallycreditthematurityamountinthesavingaccountofbeneficiary.
5. Theoriginalfixeddepositreceiptshallbehandedovertotheclaimantatthe
end ofthe fixed deposit period and shallautomatically creditthe maturity
amountinthesavingsaccountofthebeneficiary.

convenience.
9. Thebeneficiaryshallfurnishalltherelevantdocumentsforopeningofthe

10.Nazir to reportin case the cheque is notdeposited within 30 days ofthe
