CPP Facilities Design

Topsides Layout
All high pressure gas handling equipment should be located on either
the top or main deck and preferably be located at the west end of the
platform
All major rotating equipment including gas turbine driven Process
Compressors and Main Power Generation Units shall be located on the
top deck
Two cranes shall be used, one probably located on the west side of the
platform and the other crane on the opposite side (i.e east side) of the
platform
Boat landing facilities are not required on the CPP, only on the LQ and
the DWP-1. However bumper bars are required to facilitate supply boat
access for diesel fill
Use of a single-level bridge access between LQ and CPP shall be
used. The bridge will connect the main deck level of the CPP and the
LQ.

QP Facilities Design
Diamond Living Quarters Building
Designed for modular construction with maximaum capacity
of 150 personnel
A Helideck to land a Sikorsky S-61, S-76 or a Eurocopter
EC155 helicopter
Dining/mess facilities designed to accommodate 90
personnel
at one serving
A medical centre
A gymnasium and outdoor recreation facilities (at roof level
just below the Helideck).
A TV/cinema/training room provided to accommodate 80
personnel

QP Facilities Design
TopsideLayout
Three deck levels are envisaged which include a Main
deck, a Mezzanine deck, and a Lower deck.
The LQB shall be installed on the Main deck.
The Central Control Room building will be installed on a
cantilever on the QP.
All other facilities shall be located either on the Mezzanine
deck, Lower deck or in spaces available on the Main Deck.
A single level bridge shall be used to connect the CPP to
the LQ.

QP Facilities Design
Structure Design
Fixed platform 4 legs
Through-leg piles and grouted
annuli
Side-lifting and crane
assisted upending
20 years of sacrificial anodes

FP/T Design
A flare tower, bridge connected to the CPP shall be
provided. The tower will support the flare tips of the HP, LP
and Acid Gas flare systems.
Preliminary flare and dispersion studies have initially set
the bridge length to be 120 m and tower height to be 25 m
above the flare platform deck.
Structure Design
A 3 legged tripod structure
Ungrouted leg piles
15 years of sacrificial anodes

WP Design

The function of the wellhead is to

maintain surface control of the well.
All actuated wellhead valves will be
hydraulically operated.
Wells will be drilled by tender rig.
All of Christmas trees that be used
in the project are dry type.
