Keynote: The Arrival of the Unprepared: Are Your Leaders Future-Ready?

(New York and Chicago)

Today is not like yesterday, and it sure wont be like tomorrow. You deal with the impact
of a complex and fluctuating global economy, rapidly evolving customer expectations,
and the need to drive growth and manage costs. Add to that the challenges posed by a
far more diverse workforce. Are you and your leaders ready for business unusual?
Or not? All research shows that the quality of leaders is barely improving; were going
nowhere fast. What will become of organizations with a limited supply of good leaders?
How can you proactively prepare your talent for whats next, expected or not? Drawing
from leadership research and analytics and a global organizations experience, this
keynote can prevent the arrival of the unprepared and help you grow future-ready leaders.
Two thought leaders will share perspectives on developing todays global, millennial,
and women leaders, and on scaling and sustaining leadership development efforts
worldwide.

Keynote: Cresting the Wave: What is the Future of Leadership Development?

(New York and Chicago)

For years, the field of Leadership Development has focused on heightening the skills
of individual leaders. While this is important work, one challenge is that leaders do not
lead in a vacuum. They must lead as a part of a team. And, they must lead teams. Is
the future of leadership development to develop the cohort that leads together? How
is this different from team development work? Join in a discussion and exploration of
the concepts of Collective Team Development.
