Colin BUTTERS

Qualified as a Captain on the Boeing 737, 757 and Airbus A320 aircraft & as an instructor on light aircraft Colin has over 12,000
hours flying experience. Outside the aviation industry, he has many years experience in the
assessment of interpersonal skills of a workforce – from shop floor to boardroom level.

Colin’s skills & experience include:

 The design and implementation of training courses to address deficiencies in interpersonal

skills; training has covered such skills as Communication, Delegation, Assertiveness, Decision-
making and Mentoring

 Many years experience designing and delivering CRM training in the UK, Europe and the Middle East

 He is a qualified IOSA auditor and auditor trainer, and has several years experience of assisting companies to prepare for
the IOSA audit
