NATURE OF SERVICES

Movement! Re-location / arrangement during demonstration/setting up of expensive test Instruments/ Test-bed including
Selvers, PC's, printers & other items etc within thc Lab premises.

Providing support logistics for arrangements of meetings and presentations.

Other miscellaneous help required by the division.

The above mentioned services could be rendered by the Office support services (Male) whose educational qualification is of
at least lOth /SSLC with good communication skill along with the knowledge of Hindi, English and Kannada. CAIR can
reject!refuse the personnel without assigning any reason.

The support services will be required on all working days and Saturdays (if required) (26 days a month) attendance should be
marked. Payment will be based on the number of days of service.

The vendor shall ensure service on all days and in the absence of regular support service by replacement.

The contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of reporting.

The vendor shall submit the invoice once in a month to CAIR. The invoice shall be printed with TAN, Service tax
Registration number. CArR shall pay after due verification and audit by the CDA (R&D) within 45 days.

Premature termination of contract

Director CAIR reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time during the course of the contract
a) Without assigning any reason thereof
b) In case of violation of any agreed terms & conditions and
c) In case of frequent failure in providing required service. In the event of canc~lIationltermination of the contract, CAIR
shall not be responsible for any compensation whatsoever.

All disputes arising out of the contract shall be settled by Arbitration. The sole arbitrator shall be appointed by Director
CAIR. The award ofthe arbitrator shaH be final and binding on both the parties

Police verification certificate is mandatory for the support service staff.

10 Character and antecedents of individuals to be submitted by the contractor on undertaking form before deploying them on
work.

II A copy of Registration Certificate issued by the State Govt under Shops & Business Establishment / Contract Labor
(Regulation and Abolition Act of 1970) should be produced. Income Tax details to be furnished.

12 Contractor shall provide a list of personnel for the service requisitioned with complete Bio-data.
13 The Maintenance Asst. employed by the contractor will not bc entitled for any allowances/financial/service benefits or
concessions as admissible to DRDO employees. The contractor does not confer any right for regularization or permanent
absorption ofthe employed by the contractor into Government Service.
