Employee will start as busser/hostess. If English level and attitude are good, then employee will be promoted to server.
Job duties - Busser/Hostess/Server
-Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for
washing.
-Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seating.
-Check floor and clean as required.
-Reset and arrange tabletop for the next customer.
-Escorts the guests to the dining room.
-Estimates wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list.
-Ensures that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
-Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
-Write order on check and relay customers order to kitchen to be filled.
-Place food servings on plates and trays according to orders or instructions.
-Totals bill and accepts payment.
