Area Sales Manager, Franchise Division - 2002 - 2003

As the key driver for Bona’s hardwood flooring franchise operation in the Chicago area, was responsible for the
following:

• Conducted professional sales calls at residential and commercial jobsites to provide estimates for pad and
recoat or sand and finish work. This entailed technical knowledge of all Bona products, as regards dry
times, cure times, stains, sealers, finishes, application techniques and the sanding process
• Managed and supervised three full-time employees and one part-time employee through schedule
coordination and inspections for quality control
• Assured that proper inventory levels were maintained at all times for all warehoused products

Territory Manager, Charlotte Division - 2000 - 2002

• Managed and developed 50+ major wood flooring distributors, both via phone and in person.
• Drove sales for one of my customers from $26.5K to $850K in a period of 3.5 years, for which the
customer earned Bona’s Distributor of the Year award
