Ambiance\Vintrys distinctive, hand crafted finishings create a jewelry box interior that frames
our love of wine and appreciation for artisan craftsmanship. The bar is carved from
the rare Bubinga tree, the back bar & mirrored interior are accented by hand-carved
maple vines that are signature to the establishment. The tabletops are created
from Rainforest marble, known for its distinctive veining and fossilized appearance,
similar to that of vine roots. The communal sink in the back is made from
stretched ceramic and it's a replica of a real creek from upstate New York and it
even has one of our dog's paw prints on it just for fun. With every detail at Vintry
being hand crafted we wanted to create the ultimate wine & whiskey experience.

the lowlands is a region of more gentle, floral whiskies. their single malt distilleries have earned the nickname
"the lowland ladies". in this region, triple distillation is preferred, which makes the whisky more delicate.

campbeltown
campbeltown sits on the mull of kintyre and the single malt whiskies from the region reflect this with a slight
coastal character. they are known for their dryness and often for their pungency.
there are also a few peated releases, for example longrow.

the single malts from islay have a smoky character derived from peat, considered a central characteristic of the
islay malts, and ascribed both to the water from which the whisky is made and to the peating levels of the

rich & honey driven, to herbal notes and usually a slight salinity is to be found, thanks to the vicinity to the sea.
